Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Agape Christian Dating (the website, web app, or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Eligibility

To use Agape, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Be a Christian seeking meaningful relationships

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. Agape is for adults seeking sincere Christian relationships. You may not use the service for any illegal act, or to post or share prohibited content. We may remove content, suspend or delete accounts, and report activity to law enforcement when required.

You must be 18 or older. Anyone under 18 is prohibited. We do not allow:

• Any illegal activity, or using Agape to plan, promote, or commit a crime
• Sexually explicit profile photos, bios, or messages, including pornography and sexual solicitation
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any sexual content involving a minor. We report this to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Sexual violence, rape content, or content that glorifies sexual assault
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content (including revenge porn and hidden-camera material)
• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or facilitating either
• Scams or fraud intended to defraud other users, including romance scams, phishing, impersonation for money, and requests for wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards
• Harassment, hate, threats, or violent content
• Fake profiles, stolen photos, or impersonation

Report violations in the app (profile or chat → Report) or email team@agapechristiandating.com with the subject “Safety Report.”

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect other users and communicate with kindness
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not use the service for commercial purposes
• Uphold Christian values and principles
• Not impersonate others or create fake profiles

Content Guidelines

All content you post must be appropriate and consistent with Christian values. You keep ownership of your content; by posting it you give us a license to host and display it in Agape. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate for our community.

Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Agape is free to use with optional paid features (including Premium and credit packs).

• Android: Purchases are billed by Google Play. Manage or cancel in the Play Store subscription settings. Refunds follow Google’s policies.
• Web: Purchases are billed by Stripe. Manage or cancel through the in-app billing portal (Shop → manage subscription). Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Deleting your Agape account does not cancel a store or Stripe subscription. You must cancel billing separately to stop charges.

Account Deletion & Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, on the web or in the app. Instructions are also on our account deletion page. After you delete, you have 30 days to restore by logging in; then data is permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect our community.

Limitation of Liability

Agape Christian Dating is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcomes of relationships formed through our platform.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the app.
