How to submit a request

Email team@agapechristiandating.com with the subject line Law Enforcement Request. Attach the legal process as a PDF.

Informal emails without a warrant, subpoena, or court order are not enough for account records, except for the emergency and CSAM paths below.

What to include

• Agency name, officer or agent name, badge or ID number, and a direct callback number
• Official email on an agency domain
• Case or warrant number and the issuing court or authority
• The Agape user you need (email address, profile name, or user ID) and the date range
• A clear description of the records sought

Emergencies

If there is an imminent risk of death or serious bodily harm, email the same address with the subject EMERGENCY — Law Enforcement. Include the facts that show the emergency, your contact details, and the user identifiers you have. We review these first, including outside normal hours when we can.

Child sexual exploitation (CSAM)

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, or sexual content involving a minor. Apparent CSAM or child exploitation is removed, the account is banned, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required.

Agencies and the public may also report to NCMEC at missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline. Users should use in-app Report or email us with the subject Safety Report.

What we may disclose

When legal process is valid, we may disclose account information such as registration email, profile details, and relevant logs, to the extent we have them and the request allows. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Android purchases go through Google Play; web purchases go through Stripe.

Unless a statute or the legal process forbids it, we may notify the affected user that we received a request. We will not notify them when we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Preservation

If you need records held while you obtain a warrant or court order, send a written preservation request to the same email with the subject Preservation Request, the user identifiers, and the time window. We will preserve available data for a reasonable period as permitted by law.
